Terms & Conditions
Client Obligations & Content Turnaround
For packages relying on client media submissions (The Digital Foundation, The Lead Accelerator & The Social Media Launch), you agree to send raw site assets over to us regularly for posting. You are also responsible for sending over any brand material and product information you would like included in your posts. SiteStory Media is not responsible for missed posting schedules or unlaunched ad campaigns if you fail to provide raw media in a timely fashion.
Payment Terms & Cancellations
All monthly retainer packages are billed in advance and are due strictly within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is later, SiteStory Media reserves the right to pause all social posting and active ad campaigns until the account is settled. All monthly retainers run on a rolling 30 day agreement and require a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date to pause or cancel.
Third-Party Costs (Meta Ad Spend)
For all packages involving advertising campaigns, your management fee goes strictly towards SiteStory Media's setup, management and optimisation of your targeted ads. All ad spend budgets are paid directly by the client to Meta. SiteStory Media holds no liability for ad platform price fluctuations, ad account policy flags, or billing disputes occurring inside your Meta Business Manager.
Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
All raw assets, edited reels, graphics, and text created by SiteStory Media remain the intellectual property of SiteStory Media until your invoice or monthly retainer for that period is paid in full. Upon full receipt of payment, complete commercial usage rights for the edited media transfer entirely to you.
Limitation of Liability
Marketing performance fluctuates based on industry trends, regional demand, and external market variables. While our past methods are proven to lower lead costs, SiteStory Media provides no official legal guarantee of specific sales volumes or revenue numbers. SiteStory Media’s total liability for any service failure is strictly limited to the value of the single month's fee paid by the client.
